Brief Description
Motivation is a key part of managing projects but as a project manager, what can you do to keep yourself motivated? This presentation will give you some ideas for keeping yourself motivated which will hopefully in turn help you to motivate others and deliver successful projects.
Bio
Sharon Anderson, PMP is an Information Technology Director at Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Cal Poly and a Masters Degree in Business from Carnegie Mellon University. She’s been a member of PMI since 1991, has served on the Board of Directors for both the Silicon Valley Chapter and Los Padres Chapter of PMI, and obtained her PMP certification in 1992 and 2004, with recertification in 2007. Prior to joining Cal Poly, Sharon managed information technology projects at IBM, Tandem Computers, Xilinx, and the County of SLO. She has managed project management offices and other information technology teams.
